Fabulous! So versatile!
I am a cake decorator and have quite a number of these bowls in all the sizes... I use them for measuring ingredients, mixing up icing (eg ganache in the microwave), putting icing in to use (eg buttercream frostings) and even for baking in when you need a round shape.
They're just so awesome that I can't live without them and just bought a few more so I've got enough to go around when I start teaching classes. FABULOUS!

Pyrex Classic Mixing Bowl
I just purchased this mixing bowl along with the 2lt and 3lt bowls and they are just brilliant. So easy, extremely convienient and sturdy to use and a breeze to clean. I highly recommend them!!!
